Who We Are
406 Stretch is a small team of movement professionals with diverse backgrounds in physical therapy, assisted stretching, and hands-on bodywork.
Our work is rooted in a strong understanding of the body, with each provider bringing their own experience and approach into the room. PNF stretching serves as the foundation of our work, allowing us to create targeted, effective sessions that go beyond passive stretching.
The practice is overseen by a licensed physical therapist and supported by a team of experienced stretch therapists, all working together to deliver individualized, one-on-one care.
Together, we offer a more personalized approach, allowing each session to be tailored to what your body actually needs.
