More Than Just Stretching…

What Is Stretch Therapy?

Stretch therapy is a hands-on, one-on-one approach designed to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and help your body move more efficiently.

At 406 Stretch, sessions are built around how your body moves. We utilize a mix of passive and active stretching to create change that lasts.

What To Expect During Your Session

Every session begins with a conversation about what’s going on in your body that day - whether you’re working through acute discomfort, ongoing tension patterns, recovery, or general maintenance.

Sessions are fully one-on-one and tailored in real time based on how your body is responding. Clients remain on the table throughout the session while our providers utilize PNF-based assisted stretching and nervous-system-aware recovery techniques to create a more targeted and individualized experience.

Additional techniques such as mobility work, cupping, recovery tools, or targeted myofascial work may also be incorporated depending on your needs.

Not All Stretching Is The Same…

Most people think stretching means passively pulling on tight muscles and holding positions for longer periods of time.

Stretch therapy takes a more targeted approach.

Using techniques like PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), assisted stretching sessions work with your nervous system and movement patterns - not just flexibility alone.

Sessions are adapted in real time based on how your body responds, allowing for a more effective and individualized experience.
